Thy Kingdom Come launched – 10 days of intentional prayer

Thy Kingdom Come launched with 150 ‘Champions’.

Thursday 10th May to Sunday 20th May 2018.

 The Archbishops of York and Canterbury each held a launch event for Thy Kingdom Come: 10 days of intentional prayer between Ascension and Pentecost for Christians individually, in churches and Churches Together groups to pray for new disciples of Jesus Christ.

 Alongside the Church of England this year are Roman Catholic and Methodist resources and interviewed was Pastor Agu, the Pentecostal President of Churches Together in England. Westminster Central Hall on the evening of Pentecost Sunday 20th May 2018, will be the venue for an ecumenical Beacon event of Thy Kingdom Come.
Joining the Archbishop of Canterbury will be another co-President of CTE, Pastor Agu of Jesus House, who is the Pentecostal President. Pastor Agu will lead the prayers. Jesus House will also be bringing a Choir for the evening service of prayer and worship, led by Pete James,  that gathers from 6.30 and starts 7.00pm.
All are welcome to join with the Presidents as they pray together at this free event.
