You’ll learn from some of their top operators how they build their teams and train their people. You’ll get your questions answered first-hand from the team about things like how they know they’ve made the right hire and when it’s time for someone to go.

Chick-fil-A started over 70 years ago and turns over $10bn per year. But the company is known for its unique approach to business and people.

Following principles such as ; Customers First, Personal Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Working Together, and Stewardship, Chick-fil-A has over 2300 location across USA and a unique franchise model; over 40,000 applications are received every year to become a Chick-fil-A franchisee, but only 180-200 are selected.

Chick-fil-A’s average sales per restaurant in 2014 were $3.1 million. It’s nearest competitor KFC, sold just $960,000 per restaurant that year.
